  2. Itabaca Canal: m45 minutes later, you will have arrived at the Itabaca Channel. You will get off the minibus and board the boat that will take you to North Seymour Island.

  3. North Seymour Island: Explore the north of the island! Accompanied by your guide, you will take a short walk along a well-marked trail surrounded by lava gulls, sea lions, brown terns, pelicans, and other tropical birds.

After the tour, you will get back on board the boat to recharge your batteries and enjoy the lunch included in the tour. With your batteries recharged and your stomach full, the highlight of the day will come: snorkeling at North Seymour Island.

In both cases, the snorkeling equipment will be ready to be unpacked and jump into the water with it.

  • Bachas Beach: Upon arrival, you will take a short walk to a lagoon, where if you are lucky, pink flamingos will be waiting for you. In this incredible location you will be able to snorkel. Or if you prefer, you can relax and enjoy this beach of white sand and black rocks of the Galapagos Islands.
  • Mosquera Islet: Upon arrival, you will also take a short walk along the beach where, if you are lucky, the sea lions will be waiting for you. The guide will take you to the best location on the islet for snorkeling. If you prefer, you can lie and relax on the beach instead of snorkeling.
  • Return to Puerto Ayora: You will get back on the boat and head back to the Itabaca Channel. A small fruity snack will be waiting for you on board.
  • Once in the Itabaca Channel, the minibus will be waiting for you to take you back to Puerto Ayora. There, you will take again the transport that will take you to your lodging in Santa Cruz Island putting an end to the North Seymour Island Day Tour.
